Pastor Reginald “Reggie” Alderman joined East Tipp as Pastor in July 2025 and also serves as a local hospital chaplain. Since 1976 he has served churches in Virginia, Arizona, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia. With a Ph.D. in counseling, he has led marriage enrichment conferences/retreats and mission endeavors in various countries such as Argentina, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Greece, Rome, Amsterdam, and Germany. Reggie’s wife, Lisa, is a vital part of his ministry. Reggie and Lisa have two adult sons.

Wanda Clendenen – Church Secretary
Wanda and her husband Darryl are charter members
of East Tipp. She has been the secretary at East Tipp
since 2001. She has 5 grandchildren and in
2005 she graduated from IVY TECH in
